Jennifer McKennariey
Dynamic Capabilities Consulting is led by Jennifer McKennariey, a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in driving transformational change and leading complex projects across diverse industries. As the founder of Dynamic Capabilities Consulting, Jen leverages her extensive expertise to deliver innovative solutions and achieve exceptional outcomes for clients.
Jen’s career is distinguished by her leadership roles in both corporate and non-profit sectors. She has a proven track record of growing start-up consultancies, exemplified by her tenure as General Manager of Payroll Experts Australia and AgileXperts. She has played a pivotal role in establishing governance frameworks as the founding Company Secretary of the Australian Workforce Compliance Council (AWCC). At PwC Consulting, Jen led numerous initiatives, including the implementation of digital transformation strategies across the ASEANZ region.

Her strategic acumen and dedication to social impact are evident in her leadership of projects such as the National Homelessness Activation Plan Project, which fostered corporate social innovation and engagement across Australia to target actions to address homelessness.
With over a decade of board experience in the not-for-profit sector, Jen has served in various capacities, including board member, executive director, treasurer, and advisor for multiple ACNC registered organisations. As a representative of Australian Workforce Compliance Council, she participated in the consultation sessions for the Modern Awards Review (2023-24) by the Fair Work Commission as the spokesperson for AWCC’s submissions. Her contributions have driven significant improvements in governance, strategic planning, and fundraising efforts with her achievements being recognised and nominated as a finalist in the 2023 Governance Top 100.
